From the years 2022-2026 I’ve worked as a producer amongst many other roles on a collaborative film YouTube channel. The ethos of the channel has always been to embrace what makes film special, that being the visual component, and blend it with a perpetuity to break the conventional formula of film. A blending of traditional narrative and experimental filmmaking to pioneer the image of what amateur filmmaking can look like.

SPAP Sketch Comedy
SPAP Sketch Comedy is an open access sketch comedy club at Virginia Tech. Every semester a free show is performed with everything being student run. The ethos of SPAP is to create free, accessible comedy that strives to ‘punch up’ and satirize elements of the world that bring discomfort or pain. Everything is student run and organization. I served as president for the organization’s 13th show, overseeing a cinematic and theatrical production team of 35 people. I also served as their cinema coordinator for the 12th and 14th show, acting as the direct manager for all film related programming such as the taping of the show, recording of filmed sketches, and the final cuts.

Spartan Stage Studios
Throughout four years of high school, I worked in many roles in the theatre department, including student co-director for a production of Disney’s Descendants. I managed the video marketing from August 2023 to June 2024. This included the creation of 19 uploads from “2023 Spartan Studios Introductions” to “Disney’s Descendants the musical advertisement.” In addition, this was supplemented with 24 shorts produced weekly from ‘We were given prompts to make makeup renderings’ to ‘Disney’s Descendants Week 7 pt. 2.’
